Based in Ottawa and Toronto, Cornet Consulting & Mediation Inc. offers a full range of professional dispute resolution services in Canada and internationally.
Our professionally trained and accredited mediators have conducted thousands of mediations dealing with workplace issues, family mediation, insurance, human rights and many other areas. Meet William Cornet, Chartered Mediator
LLM (ADR), C. Med., Acc. FM (OAFM), B.A., M.A (Intercultural Mediation)
William Cornet is a highly experienced Chartered Mediator. (The “C.Med” or “Chartered Mediator” designation is Canada’s most senior official designation for practising mediators.) William has conducted thousands of mediations and specializes in family mediation, workplace disputes, insurance matters and human rights. He has an extensive background in negotiations, ADR training and conflict management system design for employers and organizations. William works out of Ottawa, Toronto and Bermuda and can be reached at [email protected] or by clicking here.
William holds several academic degrees including a Master of Arts, Intercultural Mediation (Sherbrooke University) and a Master of Laws, Alternative Dispute Resolution (Osgoode Hall Law School, York University).
William is Vice-President of the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), Co-Chair of the Bermuda Conflict Resolution Institute, and a member of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM) and the ADR Institute of Canada. For over ten years, he has been a lecturer at St. Paul University, School of Conflict Studies (Ottawa) teaching the theory and practice of negotiation, mediation, dispute resolution and meeting facilitation. William serves as a part-time member of the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board and on the Investigation Roster of the Ontario College of Teachers.

Our ADR Training
Acquiring conflict resolution skills can benefit a wide range of people in the public and private sector – board members, senior managers, human resource professionals, educators and employees working with the public.

Wendy Moss
ADR Advisor, Coach and Government Relations Specialist
Wendy Moss is a consensus builder and human rights advocate with decades of experience in government and Indigenous peoples relations. Wendy has a long history and depth of expertise advancing consensus-building processes with multiple parties dealing with complex issues of law and public policy in Canada. She has been instrumental in the negotiation of accords between the Government of Canada and Indigenous peoples. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia (Canada). Wendy is married to William Cornet and carries out her work through their company, Cornet Consulting & Mediation Inc.
